Like many teenagers, she uses the internet to chat with friends, watch videos, and explore social media \u2014 at first, just fun and harmless.<\/p>\n<p>Over time, her online habits started affecting her daily life: procrastination, late nights, less time with family and real-life friends. She also began noticing that not everything she saw online was true \u2014 rumours spreading quickly, people arguing over wrong facts, friends making decisions based on unreliable information.
