This free, 36-hour online training helps trainers, teachers, and youth/social workers understand and support young people’s mental health in digital environments — from digital stress to online violence and crisis response.

- Module 1 — Digital Stress & Mental Wellbeing: overexposure and attention, cognitive overload, social media and identity pressure, FOMO and comparison, recognising signs of distress.
- Module 2 — Digital Wellbeing & Safe Behaviours: balance and self-regulation, safe online behaviours, privacy, youth empowerment, critical reading of online content.
- Module 3 — Digital Trauma & Online Violence: harmful online content, conflict narratives and polarisation, secondary trauma, specific risks for refugee and migrant youth.
- Module 4 — Online Support & Crisis Response Tools: communication in crisis, active listening, identifying risk signals, basic psychosocial support techniques, referral pathways.
