Lost in the Game

At first, electronic games were just a source of fun and entertainment for the child. Playing after homework or on weekends felt like a reward. But slowly, he began spending long hours in front of the screen without noticing the time — homework was pushed aside, sleep grew shorter, and games became his whole day.
His behaviour changed too: irritable when interrupted, pulling away from family and friends, losing interest in everything but the game. His family noticed the shift — arguments over screen time, worries about grades and health — and decided to try something different instead of sudden bans or harsh punishment.
